Who am I?

My name is Barry O'Connor. I'm Northern Irish, a self-confessed geek and gym goer. I love cooking, baaking and food in general. I'm a huge fan of the Marvel films and I like to play games when I get the chance. I'm pretty chatty and I love meeting new people.

What am I doing at university?

I often ask myself that! I went to The Queen's University of Belfast way back in 1996. Unfortunately, due to my mother's ill health before passing away in 1998, I left Queen's to spend time with her. I've often wondered how I'd have done had I continued, returning to full time study is me answering that question.

What was my day job before University?

I've been a web developer most of my adult life. I completed 2 Microsoft Certified Professional exams on Visual Basic and Access '95 back in 1999 and got a job with a Northern Irish teleccomms consultancy firm. They trained me in web, since that was the mainstay of their business and I enjoyed the design element of the job and the ability to view my work in public on the internet.

Do I have a CV?

Do I have a portfolio?
